Cancellation Policy for Wildsnow Summer Trekking Tours:

Cash Refund:

• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the departure date will incur a 5% deduction.
• Cancellations made between 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date will result in a 50% deduction.
• Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

Voucher Refund:

• Cancellations made up to 5 days prior to the departure date will not incur any deduction.
• Cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

To ensure your safety and enjoyment during our treks, we have certain health criteria that participants must meet:

• Resting pulse rate should ideally range between 60 to 90 beats per minute.
• Blood pressure readings should fall within the range of 70 to 90 for diastolic and 100 to 140 mm Hg for systolic.
• Resting respiratory rate should be between 12 to 20 breaths per minute.
• Participants should not have any existing liver or kidney issues.
• Conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus, Bronchial Asthma, Heart problems, Hypertension, etc., are not conducive for trekking.
• Individuals with a pacemaker implant are advised not to participate.
• If you have sinus issues or epilepsy, please consult our trek coordinator before booking your trek.
• In case your BMI is outside the normal range, it is essential to contact our Trek coordinator before proceeding with the booking.

For our young adventurers:

• Junior trekkers, aged below 15 years, must be accompanied by their parents or guardians throughout the trek.
• Trekkers between 15 to 18 years can join solo, provided they have the Medical & Disclaimer Form signed by their parent or guardian.
