Wildsnow Cancellation Policy
At Wildsnow, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible. Please read the following carefully.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@wildsnow.in.
A. For Multi-Day Tours & Treks:
Our costs are incurred well in advance of your trip, including guide bookings, hotel reservations, and permits. Therefore, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip start date: 90% of the total tour cost will be refunded. (10% is a non-refundable processing fee).
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the trip start date: 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip start date: No refund will be provided.
B. For Single-Day Activities & Rentals (e.g., Guide Hire, Ski Lessons):
Cancellation 48 hours or more before the activity time: Full refund.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity time: No refund will be provided.
C. Cancellation by Wildsnow Kashmir Private Limited:
In the rare event that we have to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, natural disasters), you will be given two options:
Receive a 100% full refund of the amount you have paid.
Apply the full amount as a credit towards an alternative tour or a future booking with us.
D. Refund Processing:
Any refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
