Our family of four—two adults and two kids—joined WildSnow’s beginner ski course in Gulmarg this winter, and it was the highlight of our year. None of us had skied before, but the instructors were incredibly patient and made learning fun for all ages. The kids picked it up faster than we expected and were zooming down the beginner slopes by Day 3!

Four Friends, One Epic Ski Adventure – Gulmarg 2024
We were a group of four—two total beginners and two with a bit of ski experience—and WildSnow’s Essential Ski Course in Gulmarg hit the sweet spot for all of us. The instructors were patient, fun, and knew exactly how to balance challenge with encouragement. By Day 3, we were confidently skiing down Phase 1 and cheering each other on.
The vibe was relaxed but focused, and the snow conditions in 2024 were just perfect. The hotel was cozy, the food was comforting (especially the kahwa!), and the views of Mt. Apharwat were unreal. It felt like a mix of adventure and bonding, and we left with sore legs and big smiles.
