1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Wildsnow Kashmir! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.wildsnow.in) and the booking of any tours, activities, or rentals (“Services”) offered by WILD SNOW KASHMIR PRIVATE LIMITED (“Wildsnow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and you receive a booking confirmation email from us.
2.2. Payment: We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking for any tour or multi-day package. The remaining 50% is due on or before your arrival in Kashmir. For single-day activities or rentals, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price is fixed once your booking is confirmed.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Client
3.1. Health and Fitness: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the activities you have booked. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions to us at the time of booking.
3.2. Following Instructions: Your safety is our top priority. You agree to follow the instructions of our guides and instructors at all times. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the activity without a refund.
3.3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and high-altitude adventure activities. For certain treks and high-altitude tours, travel insurance is mandatory.
4. Limitation of Liability
Adventure travel, especially in the Himalayas, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, injury, and risks related to weather, political conditions, or natural disasters. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Wildsnow Kashmir Private Limited acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay caused by the act or default of any third-party service provider.
5. Use of Website
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair its functionality. All content, including images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Wildsnow and may not be used without our prior written consent.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.
